What can I do with your embroidery patterns and kits?

How do I request a custom order?

Check out the custom section of my shop (see the drop down SHOP menu above) to see what is currently available. If you have something else in mind please email me at sales@inspirationcraftsua.com to discuss.

Why don’t you sell/ship to the EU?

I do! But only through my Etsy storefront HERE. Don’t see what you are looking for over there? Please send me an email (sales@inspirationcraftsua.com) and I will create an Etsy listing for you.  This way Etsy handles the VAT for us and I don’t get in trouble with the EU. 

Payment Methods

I prefer PayPal. Please pay within 3 business days after purchase at the latest. You are welcome to contact me in case of any difficulties with payment, I’ll try to advise.

What is the time of order / delivery?

Because all InspirationCrafts products are prepared for customer orders, we often are not able to put packages on the same day we accept your order. This is due to the fact that each of these goods is assembling the sets.

What is the cost of delivery?

I ship to Worldwide. Shipping via International Air Mail with tracking number.

I made a payment by PayPal, the money was taken from my account, but on the store’s website I received information about the lack of payment.

Unfortunately, this is an error that appears with PayPal payments. If the money was withdrawn from your account, it means that they had to be transferred to our account. All payments for orders are controlled by our employees. In the absence of payment, you will be informed via email. You can also contact our employees by yourself to agree on whether the payment has been accepted.

Refunds, exchanges, cancellation

When returning the goods, the money for shipping is not returned under any circumstances.
All shipping costs always on the buyer. The seller is not responsible for the passing of custom control. All the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country are on the buyer expense.
1. In case of cancellation or return for any reason except our fault, we return only 80% due to nonrefundable commissions.
2. Refund will be made only after we get our item back
3. No refunds for custom orders.
4. No refunds for items from section Sale.
5. No refunds after 45 days from purchase moment.
6. No refunds for unclaimed packages.
These packages can be sent to the buyer again. Shipping costs, in this case, are on the client
